The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time world boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is really going ahead.
